UNIVERSAL CORD LESS CONTROLLER.

This controller is used to operate,

Window, wall / floor /ceiling type & Roof top type Air-Conditioners, having AC indoor motor.

            FEATURES,

• As power up the controller, all glowing components are light–up for few seconds, in order to ensure that all LEDs and segments of the display are okay.
• When machine is in ON state, the 7 segment display normally shows the programmed temperature value in Cool & Dry modes. (No temperature display in fan mode).
• One of the three + Auto Fan speed (in order of High / Medium / Low) is available, as pre-selected. (Respective LED, H/M/L glows).
• Output for Swing Motor (220VAC) is available (If swing switch is already pressed for Swing ON).
• Output for Compressor, is available after the starting delay of 3 minutes, with Compressor ON indicator.
• Output for Drain pump is also available with float switch provision. Provision of both NC & NO type float switches (field set able).

KEYS OF NON-LCD WIRELESS HAND SET,

• POWER ON-OFF SWITCH:- By pressing this switch, machine becomes either switch ON at previous settings or switch OFF, as per present status. (This switch is also available on display panel).
• MODE SWITCH:– By pressing this switch, COOL / DRY / FAN mode scrolls in the mentioned order, and respective LED glows. When FAN mode is selected, display becomes off.  In any Cooling mode compressor cut–off at set temperature and cut–in, when room temperature increases +2ºC  in respect of set value. If room Temperature increases +2ºC in respect of set temperature value before 3 minutes, the compressor waits for rest of the time. If temperature increases after 3 minutes, compressor gets start immediately.
• FAN SWITCH:- By pressing this switch, one of three + Auto Fan speed selects in order of H / M /L /Auto and  respective LED glows. In Auto Fan speed, fan runs on High speed with compressor and shift to Low speed automatically, when compressor gets cut-off through sensor. Low or High speed LED glows accordingly.

NOTE:- Provision to use with a single, double & triple speed Fan Motor (through hardware setting).

• SWING switch:- By pressing this switch, Swing motor gets ON or OFF. It is an independent function.
• TEMPERATURE UP SWITCH:- By pressing this switch, required temperature values increases from 16ºC to 30ºC and it is available in COOL & DRY modes.
• TEMPERATURE DOWN SWITCH:- By pressing this switch, required temperature values decreases from 30ºC to 16ºC and it is available in COOL & DRY modes.
• TIMER SWITCH:- By pressing this switch, OFF TIMER sets 00 to 24 Hours in step of one hour. Respective LED glows. After completing the programmed time, machine gets OFF. When time is set for “00”, or user switched off the machine, Timer function becomes disable and timer LED turns off. It is available in all modes.
• SLEEP MODE SWITCH:- This feature is available in Cool mode By pressing this switch, set temperature changes automatically +1ºC every Hour in set value (2 steps only) Buzzer beeps on every change. Respective LED glows. After 2^nd. Step, temperature setting does not change. If switch is pressed again, sleep mode becomes cancel. After 12 hours it                  becomes cancel automatically. After cancellation, it goes back to the previous setting. Fan selection, Timer mode and temperature setting is allowed. If power ON/OFF switch is pressed, sleep mode becomes cancel.
• DRY mode……. In this mode, Fan speed is default  And comp. works in cyclic mode. If room temperature is more then 3ºC in  respect of set value,  compressor runs for 6 minutes and stop for 6 minutes. If room temperature is less then 3ºC in respect of set value, compressor runs for 12 minutes and stop for 12 minutes. The Compressor cut off through sensor at set temperature. And re–start, when room temperature increases by +2ºC in respect of set temperature.

• FEATURES are as under,

1. Error codes, “SF” for room sensor fail (open or short circuit) “EP” for memory fail.
2. When sensor fails, compressor runs for 30 minutes, and cut-off for 15 minutes, in cyclic way. Display shows “SF” continuously. Except Power ON/OFF & Timer switch, all switches becomes un-operational.
3. When memory fails, display shows “EP” for few seconds, machine works at default settings (Cool mode and high fan). User can change the settings, but, new entries does not save.
4. Pre-set memory:- If power regains after break–down, machine stars at previous settings.
5. On each user setting, Buzzer beeps & after few seconds, Display blinks (during display related  functions) to ensure acceptance of command given. After blink, display normally shows set temperature.
6. By externally slightly change in Field terminal wiring, it can operate with a 24V system. Like Roof top type machines.
