TEMPERATURE MONITOR & CONTROLLER.

This device is a micro-controller based gadget. Uses to display the present room temperature and to switch on & to switch off the connected machine, on a programmed temperature value, in order to save electrical energy.

1. Set temperature range:- 21⁰C to 25 ⁰ C (Display flashes during program mode).
2. Default temperature value:- 23⁰C
3. Room temperature display range:- 00 to + 99⁰C
4. Output cut–off at programmed temperature.
5. Output cut–in again, as room temperature will increase 2⁰C with reference to the set value.
6. In-built Relay for output control can handle a single phase load of up to 15 amperes.
7. Output relay contacts are potential free.
8. LED indicator for relay ON/OFF is available on the device.
9. 7 segment display size:- ¾ inch.
10. PROGRAM SWITCH:- Uses to enter into program mode and to exit from program mode.
11. VALUE SWITCH:- Uses to change the set Temperature value in progressive order (21 to 25).
12. Without enter into program mode, keep pressed VALUE swith till 5 seconds to lock & un-lock the program switch function. Display shows “LOC” when locked and “ULC” when un-locked.
13. This device operates on a 220VAC±20% 50Hz input supply.
14. Circuit is enclosed in a wall mounted type powder coated CRC cabinet.
15. Taflon coated heat resistant wires are used for input & output stage connections.
