Auto-matic Three Phase Sequence Corrector (PSC)

In a three phase power supply source, there are three different phases, in a fixed order, as said below,
Line 1 : Red phase.
Line 2 : Yellow phase.
Line 3 : Blue phase.
With a common Neutral.
When, the above order becomes reverse / corrupt, because of any reason, the direction of connected loads (Motors or Compressors) becomes reverse (Clockwise to anti-clockwise). It can damage the loads. The PHASE SEQUENCE CORRECTOR (PSC) automatically corrects the sequence of phases and provides the healthy sequence to the connected loads.
PSC is a micro-controlled device. It also protects to the connected three phase loads, against phase loss / missing / looping between two phases conditions. During such conditions, PSC does not provides power supply through it’s output terminals to the connected loads.
PSC also protects on abnormal input supply voltage. High voltage cut-off at & above 450VAC, and low voltage cut-off at & below 360VAC. The end user can bypass this feature, if not required.
There is a special electronic circuit is used, to protect the COIL of the CONTACTORS at high voltage. Above 242VAC (220V+10%) input supply, the in-built chock connects
auto-matically in the series of the coil, in order to drop some voltage.
Provides starting delay of approximately 15 seconds during change-over between Mains to Generator or Generator to Mains.
Ø Separate LED indicators, for
(1) ON DELAY (bi-color), Green in healthy and red in reverse sequence condition.
(2) HEALTHY SUPPLY (green).
(3) CORRECTOR MODE (red).
(4) PHASE LOSS / LOOPING (red).
(5) ABNORMAL VOLTAGE (red) both HIGH & LOW.
Ø Wired with Teflon Coated Heat resistant wires, in the load lines (three phase input and output).
Ø Used 22 gauge CRC, electroplated powder coated, wall mounting type weather proof ENCLOSER, for out door installation.
Ø Branded contractors are used in dual inter-locking combination, in order to prevent short circuit between contactors.
Ø Available in following RATINGS.
Capacity wise recommended Maxi. Load Current (80%) at 415VAC input
1. PSC-16 (12.8 Amps. per phase)
2. PSC-25 (20 Amps. per phase)
3. PSC-32 (25.6 Amps. per phase)
4. PSC-40 (32 Amps. per phase)
5. PSC-50 (40 Amps. per phase)
6. PSC-65 (52 Amps. per phase)
7. PSC-80 (64 Amps. per phase)
8. PSC-95 (76 Amps. per phase)
Free Repair Commitment – 12 Months against performance.
(No Warrantee on CONTACTORS)
INSTRUCTIONS –
Before to select the P.S.C. MODEL, Check the maximum running current of the machine at 415VAC. Keep 80% load on PSC for better efficiency and results, as mentioned in above table.
At the time of installation, it is necessary to correct input & output sequence once.
WARNING :- WHEN PSC IS IN USE, HANG IT ON THE WALL. DO NOT KEEP ANY WHERE.
