We certify that all the particulars / informations,  mentioned / described on our invoices, challans or website (www.caretakedevices.in) and in other documents are 100% true & correct.
♦ We do not have any branch anywhere except mentioned registered address above.
♦ The prices & charges, mentioned in our list have GST excluded. The consignee have to pay separate GST @ 18%.
♦ Goods once sold will not be taken back or ex-changed.
♦ We accept no responsibility whatsoever for the loss of damages in transit. The goods shall be forwarded through courier at the risk of consignee only.
♦ The freight charges will have to pay extra at actual cost by the consignee.
♦ Delivery shall be according to the schedule, as decided by the both seller  & purchaser. Or as per stock status.
♦ Payment to be made in favour of M/S CARE TAKE DEVICES or M/S CREATIVE MINDS by the crossed cheque/D.D./ NEFT/RTGS ONLY.
♦ Interest will be charged @ 24% per annum, if the bill / bills is / are not paid within stipulated time period.
♦ Free repair commitment for the products against performance and functionality is 12 months only from the date of billing. This commitment does not cover accidental cases, like BURNT, BROKEN or WET etc. The consignee shall have to send products to be repaired (under warranty period) at our regd. address.
♦ All disputes are subject to Delhi jurisdiction only.
